This year there is a new easy way of registering to play football with the Hazelbrook Hawks. There are no more forms and it can be done from the comfort of your own home (see instructions below). If you don’t have access to a computer and the internet you need to contact John G at Johng@masfg.com.au

How To Pay

For those that have registered but not paid, simply log back into www.myfootballclub.com.au and hit the Pay Now button.

Player Registration Instructions

Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au website.
Select the option based on your playing history
If you have problems just send a request email to the club on registrar@hazelbrookhawks.com.au and your FFA number and password will be forwarded to you.
Once you log in click on “Register Now”, check and update all your details.
Photos - If you are a returning player the club will have your photo. If you are a new player or you are turning age 9,12,15 or 18 this year we will need a current photo. You may insert here a current photo (make sure your photo is appropriate. Registrations with inappropriate photos will be rejected. Photos must be a passport style from the shoulders up, with no hats or sunglasses). If you have any difficulties you may attend the clubhouse on registration days to have your photo taken.
Click on “Proceed with Registration”
You may be prompted with a message about packages don't exist for you. This may happen if you have registered for Futsal of seven a-side at Wentworth Falls. Just close this message.
Enter “Hazelbrook” in the club name, the official Hawks club will display and select it.
Select which role you wish to register as, ie player, coach, volunteer (for manager select volunteer). If you wish to register for both player and coach/manager, first register as player then register for the secondary role.
Select the correct Registration Package that applies to you. (Junior players If you are registering as a Junior Player, your age group will automatically appear. You must select this package as your rego fees are based on this. If you wish to request to play in another age group you can do so in the Additional Questions Section further on.)
Click the “Add” button.
Answer the Yes/No question at the top. Read and acknowledge all the Terms and Conditions then click “Next”
Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card, or pay via EFT (Remember to quote your FFA number as the reference), or attend the clubhouse on registration days to pay. Family discounts apply for three or more family members. Discounts are rebated by the club, so present your paid invoice or EFT receipt on registration days to receive your discount.
If paying by credit card, follow the steps to make your payment.
You are done!

Coach/Manager Instructions

If you are also a player, then first register as a player
Follow the same process above to login
Select Register
Select Hazelbrook FC
Select Coach for Coach, or Volunteer for Manager
Select the package
Select 'Add'
Select 'Next'
Tick the 'Terms and Conditions'. Note that at this point the heading may say 'Senior Coach' if you have selected something else. Don't worry about that.
Select 'Next'
The amount will come up as $0.00. Select 'Invoice Me'
You are done

If you had problems paying you can always log back in and your registration will be listed with a Pay Now button. Select this to make an online credit card payment.

Still having problems? Don't worry, just come alone to one of the registration days and we can complete the registration and take payment.

Family Discounts

The online system does not allow for family discounts to be applied up front. Discounts are rebated by the club, so present your paid invoice or EFT receipt on registration days to receive your discount.
